Contact a local or national organization that deals with mental health issues. They might have programs for those in need, whether this is counselling or possibly drug coverage. I don't know. Look into it.
Other than that, she needs to do whatever she can to deal with her depression naturally. One of the key things is to get exercise, which is of immediate benefit. A number of studies have shown that vigorous exercise helps improve symptoms of depression of all degrees. At least 3 days/week of aerobic exercise (around 75% of max heart rate) for 30 minutes each is usually recommended.
Other than that, I hope there is an organization that can help.
