Right now, my goal is to eat as much natural* food as possible, and to eat a wide variety. I'm trying to focus on the 5 to 10 servings of fruits and vegetables, as that is my Achilles heel. I'm okay on the other aspects (whole grains, etc.).

To meet this goal, I need to start cooking more. As it is now, I subsist on convenience food and the occasional meal cooked by my S.O. I'm always so reluctant to cook because I'm the one who does the dishes. I need to be less lazy.
