The Washington D.C. area has to be the very last place to attempt a hostage situation. WTF did he thing the eventual outcome would be?

Discovery Channel:"Yes, we agee to your demand to broadcast more 'save the planet now' programs."

Nut job: "How soon?"

Discovery Channel: " In about 6-9 months. Why don't you come a little closer to the window?"

Nut job: " OK"
