On an unrelated note, misreading "tactile officers" makes the situation slightly amusing, if not still a touch scary.
Well, my obvious guess of this being Plan9 has been blown apart since he's not stealing wi-fi in the Discovery Building but is, instead, firmly barricaded at home.
