I went to college with a young lady who got her hood pierced and gave up after a day with it. She would have to make multiple stops on a walk across campus, because the stimulation was just too much.
I'm not going to say this particular instance is real/fake, but I'm sure these sorts of things happen. I think of it as a sort of premature ejaculation, for women.
