You should be able to go to "Edit Blog Entry" while viewing the draft post (the pencil icon next to the Trackbacks link at the bottom right of the entry).
Then near the bottom of the edit screen under "Miscellaneous Options" choose "Publish Now" under "Publish Status."
Finally, click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom.
