Meat...
There appears to be a lot of meat eaters on this board and while I think we should eat less and better reared meat, it doesn't mean I don't like meat.
What is your favourite cut of meat?
I am sure many will say steak but while I find a well-aged and properly prepared steak a heavenly treat, I have to say that I am bigger fan of braising.
I was at the butcher today and picked up some lamb shanks, they are going to cook for a few hours and they are going to transform into just about the best thing ever.
I'd have to say Lamb is my favourite type of meat (even over pork).
