Stephen Lynch.. I caught him on Comedy central a while back and he is perhaps the funniest man i have ever seen.
Basically, he plays these childish melodys on his guitar adn adds extremely vulgar adn dirty lyrics to them..
Very funny man and he ahs realeased two cd's both of which i highly recommend.
