Sally's has it. I've also seen it in CVS and Publix. It used to be sold only in salons but I think the word is spreading. Regarding cost, anywhere from $8 - $13. Depends on where you go. But it's deffo worth it.

Palmer's Cocoa Butter is AMAZING to say the least! I use the oil version when I'm on the go because it drys quick.
