Our story with scammers wasn't as nice. We where trying to sell our car. When the ad expired someone reused the text, the licence plate no's and created an email account in my wifes name.
Only nice thing is I emailed them as a prospective buyer to get more information, so we exhanged some mails while my wife was down at the police station to report it.
