There's not a lot to be worried about here from a health perspective. I think the question is: would you be able to look at yourself in the mirror afterward? Urine play has a lot of dominance and degradation baggage, which might be your thing, and if so, giddy up. If it's HIS thing but not YOUR thing, though, you've got something to discuss with him.
