My sister & I had intense verbal confrontings, long past due.
She threw crockery.
It scared me because she's never done that before.
I saw her frantic hurting, the projecting of her own fears and judgment upon
mother and me.
She left mom's house for a while,
riled and storm whipped.
We talked on the phone after she returned home.
Sister & I both cried/apologized.
We siblings wrangled to a loving, forgiving, understanding embrace.
Just imagine how happy our Mom feels about this.
I can't think of a better gift, for all involved.
