Stun every single second, huh? Its once every 5seconds maximum for 1 second as far as I know. But I've only played him once and that's from memory. I'll check in a bit.
edit: ahh, its 1sec max per 5sec each person. so in theory you keep could keep everyone stunned 1/5th the time, assuming they all cooperate, stay within melee range, and you don't want to switch stances...
