LS, its more like meat with a thick and delicious gravy on it. The veggies taste nothing like their original state and instead take on the taste of the wine and beef bullion they are cooked in. I was truly amazed at how tasty it came out.
Oh, and thanks about the dining room area. It was an old awful looking set I was given as a hand me down. Over the summer I sanded and painted the whole thing black and then recovered the cushions with this fabric I fell in love with from IKEA.
