I think that may be a communication error. The OP seems to be a non-native English speaker; I read the prior post as "we've both had relations prior to marriage."
Addressing the OP's concerns, not only is your wife clearly cheating, but she's criminally cheap. The only possible conclusion is that she pulled a single condom out of your pack and is using it over and over again with her illicit lover. After all, it's not like she could just walk down to the corner store to buy some for her affairs.
