Its fixed, for some unknown reason. Yesterday the arrows started working, and now its status is online again from startup. Nothing in the help forum mentioning a fix. The Store is black though.
On the plus side, a 40 minute game of LoL used to eat about 16Mb, now its down to 10. Hopefully soon they'll get it down to 3Mb, like Dota.
