Enchiladas, per se, don't have any bean content. But traditionally they are often served with a side of refried beans. And we know beans are good for your heart

They Make you strong and make you fart.
A fart is a bubble of compressed air,
Which gives the body ease.
It warms the bed on a frosty night,
And suffocates the fleas!
