Just thought I'd give this thread a bump....
Just recently found out about the VFF's, and am absolutely loving them. I am spending entire weekends in these shoes and am now up to 5 mile runs with them every other day. (I want to go barefoot, but all I have around here is dirt/gravel roads and my feet aren't up to that. Yet. I'm working on it.) Anyway, I'm finding that this simple change in clothing has had significant benefits in how my feet feel. Even that nagging knee thing I used to get about 3 miles into a run is gone. Shin splints? Nope. Sore feet? Only that good "I just worked out" feeling.
Wondering if anyone else has anything to report on this front?
