Is Life on Mars a remake of the UK show? (nvrmnd, wiki just told me the answer)

If anything, I'd recommend watching the original British show, along with the companion sequel, Ashes to Ashes. Then again, I haven't watched a single episode of any of the three series in which I'm referring to, but it's on my queue. Honest.


I totally forgot about Life. I only saw maybe 4 episodes of it, but it was interesting, and Sarah Shahi along with Donal Logue was a real treat to watch every other week.
