Crompsin hooked me up with
the hundred push ups training program, which is free. I started being able to do 17 pushups before failure. I'm two weeks into the program, just made it to Test 2, and I'm at 29 pushups. Four weeks to go to 100! I think I'll try the 200 Situps version as well.
