I have a Diamondback plate carrier thats working for me. It goes on fast and is infinitely adjustable.
Its a pretty basic set up:
Triple pistol mag pouch
Flashlight pouch
Knife
3 double m4 mag pouches
Israeli tourniquet rubber banded to my left kidney area
On my belt I have a Serpa holster on a drop platform, and a stuff sack.
