No you haven't. There's many other forums you don't have access to just yet, and you won't until you've contributed to the community in a positive manner.
Some will come automatically and some via the script that was mentioned in this thread.
IMO the only real off-topic area is the first one you'll get access to after a specific time and posting amount.
