Of course it depends on what you consider "underage." There's a big difference between 8 and 17. (If, in fact, 18 happens to be the age of consent where you live).
Strange Famous - what exactly is the dramatic change that occurs the exact moment someone awakens on their 18th birthday that would make having sex with them not revolting?
