I'm not a huge fan of the Mill St. beers. I've tried the Tankhouse and the Organic two or three times each, and I'm consistently left flat. I can't pinpoint what it is about them I'm not big on, but there must something. I haven't given up on the brewery yet, though, as your photo does illustrate a lovely looking "Wit"
