What I am getting at is that you only need to lose enough weight to make you feel good, and then you will look good. The Missus lost like 175lbs by going on weight watchers and becoming a gym rat and a food nazi after our second. I think she would have done better to stop at about 100. That's just my opinion, though. I prefer woman shaped women.
