that is correct. there is a watchdog group that watches all the major networks and counts all the stories and locations of the stories, based on local CT, local NY, local NJ, national and international, in order to make a case that there isn't a balance in reporting especially for CT. NJ is usually under represented as well, but they fight the fight very hard to keep on the radar screen.
