squeeeb, I suspect that you're playin' the "tough guy" card.
I love many people, and they know who they are. If you asked them, they'd tell you that they know this.
I love myself, but sometimes not enough to apply the "tough love" that I need. Most folks could use a self administered kick in the ass now and again, I reckon.
