A couple times. Last one was a guy I met a few days before I went on a date that led to a year-long relationship. Brought him home, had quite a bit of fun in the sack, we hung out for the rest of the day. Had I not already been interested in someone else I hadn't yet met in person, I probably would have (and should have) dated him.
We stayed in touch a little bit, but I haven't seen him since.
