The Old Hegg Turle Sanctuary, though I've overstayed the visitation by a few days, to celebrate this past weekend's
World Tutle Day (May 23rd). Founded by
Brother King, the conservatory is his new life's mission, and has dedicated his life to safely releasing endangered Hawksbill turtle hatchlings into the nearby waters.
Although I had many other beautiful places in mind (namely, Micronesia, Rochester, among others) to properly commend worldwide efforts to preserve and honor the majestic & varied species of turtles, I thought to hit closer to home to a place I've actually toured around in a past life.
