Worst: Limited cultural hotspots (we have great art, but so little of it), limited resturants/bars. Growth is slow; politically and population. Next to no public transportation. Not very diverse.
Best: University town, small/safe, beautiful, very culturally and socially aware; a real commitment to cultural preservation. Community.
Toronto is practically the exact opposite.
