I dream of dropping anvils on peoples heads that annoy me.

The real question is which cartoon world to live in?

Those goofy bad animation animes (I realize the double whatever there) would be fun. Having those crazy facial expressions would be amusing.

I think I'd live in Venture Bros. Killing henchmen looks relaxing.

Although Loony Toons....
