Thanks for the input. I'm looking at anything east of the Mississippi, and no further north than the Carolinas. My two favorites so far (after 2 years of occasional camping) are Henderson Beach State Park in Destin, FL ($20/night) and the KOA in the southern Florida Keys ($92/night).

Please keep 'em coming...my wife and I plan to do a lot more--we just bought a 35' fifth wheel (btw, we have a pop-up for sale
