Yesterday, I spent the day in a lighting workshop with David Tejada,
Small Strobes, Big Results. He really is good at this and I learned quite a bit. It was also my first time working with
a professional model.
For these images, David would go through his creative process and explain how and why he would light in a certain way. Typically, he'd shoot and then we would look at the result while he would explain each adjustment he was making until he got the desired image. After that, he handed the pocket wizards over to us and let us shoot.
Here are a few of my shots. I can't take much credit for them other than the fact that I pushed the button and did a little post-processing. The lighting is all David.
