There aren't many guys who take them, but they are easier to use to get a good workout. I was not sure of how long to work or how hard to go or even what to do and classes just seem to fit for me. Hey, I'm doing my first one this Saturday morning. My gym has that "BODY" series developed by Les Mills. I'm doing the BODYPUMP class, which is basically a 60-minute aerobics-type class...but with a barbell. I think it would be good to do group exercise, as it's probably far more motivational than flying solo. I'm looking forward to it. The other classes in the series are looking good too. I also want to try BODYCOMBAT and BODYATTACK.
