Hey, I'm doing my first one this Saturday morning. My gym has that "BODY" series developed by Les Mills. I'm doing the BODYPUMP class, which is basically a 60-minute aerobics-type class...but with a barbell. I think it would be good to do group exercise, as it's probably far more motivational than flying solo. I'm looking forward to it. The other classes in the series are looking good too. I also want to try BODYCOMBAT and BODYATTACK.

gucci: Thanks for the list. I just might check some of those out. Sometimes the music they play at the gym is too top-40 for me.
