VP of Engineering (we're a small manufacturing company making "special" small valves and control devices)
1) brain filled with experience of 37 years in directly related work (and basic good education with BSME)
2) ability to focus that knowledge quickly and accurately and communicate that to others to solve problems
3) pencil & paper for notes, in case somebody else says something important that I might want to write down, or for doodling.
