The show centers around two plastic surgeons: Dr. Sean MacNamera, a gifted, introverted, overly-moralistic type, and Dr. Christian Troy, a playboy/manwhore who's obsessed with himself. I don't want to give too much away, but let's say the show circles around their private lives, their business, and basically chaos that surrounds them.
The first season was absolutely fantastic. It was surprisingly original, very provocative, and engaging. imho, the show kinda dropped off after that, but a lot of people are likely to disagree with me. Warning, this isn't one to watch with the kids.
