Yeah, I'm annoyed too. If feels like they're starting all over again. The same story, re-hashed.
Although it looks like the writers may be doing it on purpose, as they seemed to hint/nod to their previous story arc by putting all the main characters back where they started in their normal lives (cabby, security, messenger, paramedic, etc). Peter even meets Mohinder in a cab again.
