I guess that it depends on the store policy, and how management decides to enforce it.
I occasionally drop in at a couple of local shops. At Eros 1207 I've never seen kids in there, much less running around freely, but I have at Bizarre Bizzar (kind of weird to see kids checking out sex toys & drug paraphernalia).
