Im not saying its a non issue, Im saying that a man shouldnt beat up a woman full stop.
He didnt just knock her or push her away, he punched her in the mouth and then put the boot in when she was down. Hopefully he will be able to learn to moderate his abusive and aggressive tendancies over a custodial sentence of 8 years or so.
