I remember reading in one of my text books on sexual behavior that if a woman overuses a vibrator at a high intensity level it can enlarge the clit and make it less sensitive.
I don't think this would be the case with naturally large clits. I would assume that the nerve bundle would be equally sensitive in large, medium and small sized clits. The size could contribute to being more accessible to rub on things.
I think its like asking the question are uncircumcised penises more sensitive than circumcised ones.
Btw: mine pokes out from under the hood just enough to be visible, and grows considerably when I'm excited.
