the more time you put between meals means more fat storage....
so rather than starving yourself....have small to medium sized meals several times a day...make sure they are healthy....
5 or more small - medium sized meals a day lessen the storage of fat in your body...that alone can take some weight off
to burn fat...run, swim, ride a bike
to tone muscle...do many reps of small weight
to build muscle....less reps but more weight
to intensify any of this get some supplements from like gnc or wherever....eca will take weight off and provide energy....but make sure you are eating right if you take that...
there are forums and sites all over the web that allow you to talk to professional body builders and personal trainers to try to find a diet and excercise routine that most suites your current lifestyle as well as allowing you to reach your desired goal...
