IMO. He operates openly, but under the radar. The tanks won't come rolling in and we won't all be sent to re-education camps, but the conditioning of the population with terminology like "negative liberties" of the constitution is a glimpse into the mindset of the man's core ideology.
No-one can successfully operate openly in American politics as a "Marxist". Instead we accept pleasing terminology like "change" (what kind?), "progressive", "negative-liberties", and "redistribution of wealth". All Twinkies for the "useful idiots".
