In short, I resent being lied to by someone selling their belief system. You can tell me it's just a little lie, and it's OK because it's for a good cause. That doesn't make it the truth. It makes me wonder what else, in the greens' platform, is being stretched. If they don't mind stretching the truth, maybe they don't mind completely fabricating stuff. If the truth isn't good enough to support your position, then maybe you should re-think your position.
