As with many other people on this topic, i agree its somewhat biological. There are huge urges for sexual satisfaction for men. After all, thats the whole point of wet dreams, its your body literally 'venting' build up! lol.
If there is one thing i could say about the matter its this:
I feel women should not just outright say 'no porn allowed' and leave it at that. it puts a lot of responsibilities on the man, and they often feel like its an 'inner struggle' with no 1 to talk to about. the man may fail and feel ashamed more than before, and thus keep it as a secret. which is worse for the relationship. and i dont want to instill paranoia, but i have plenty of mates who's wives said 'no porn ever!' and guess what, they still watch it, only difference is they do it in secret!
so i would suggest just talking about it with your partner first and see what can be done. maybe a compromise? one things for sure, it will be more difficult if you just say 'no' and wash your hands on the matter.
P.S. I have to agree with another statement mentioned, in most cases, men are fully IN LOVE with their partner despite the porn. so dont take it personally.
