Actually, you didn't clear up what you are trying to do. If you are trying to play music through a car radio, then the whole point of an FM adapter is that it is wireless. The only way to have a direct connection is to have a unit with an auxiliary input, which bypasses the FM altogether. Even most low end car stereo units have aux input these days.
