Hmmm...that's strange. The sushi bar is a primary feature of a sushi restaurant. You really can't miss it. It's a bar/counter area where the sushi chefs prepare their sushi.
I have to edit: 3 hours is on the long side. 2 hours is more about right for a sushi dining experience.
