I did lose the weight slowly--over a period of about 9 months--and I am not yet in my late 20s

It's been over a year now since I reached my target weight but they're still saggy by comparison, so I doubt they're going to spring back any time soon. I'm certainly not holding my breath, and I don't particularly care, either. I like 'em fine, regardless--I just try to take care of them, simply because they're larger and I don't want knee-breasts.
