I wear a sports bra so that exercise isn't so jarring and I get little movement as possible in my chest area in hopes this will help keep them perky. I'm not all that worried about it, but I do think it's important to have good support, especially when exercising, no matter what size you are.
My breasts would be dangling by my knees at this point, if I ran without a sports bra... I think they started succumbing to gravity when I was a cross-country and track runner in high school (running for at least an hour each day will do that, and I was already a bit larger by that point, which didn't help).

After I started hormonal birth control, which inflated my breasts very uncomfortably (I suspect that's when I went from C-range to DD-range, though I didn't know it then)... I had to get the tightest of sports bras to really mash them down flat, or it would be painful. The ideal would be absolutely no movement for them, whatsoever, but I can't find a sports bra that will do that for me yet. I cannot even fathom exercising without a sports bra, it would hurt too much and like I said, they'd be drooping by my knees after 30 minutes.
