twitedmosaic: It's like any business. In the beginning, you're doing everything. As the business matures, you focus on the high level tasks and your employees handle the more routine things. I still do a lot of board cleanup, but I let the mods hand out the warnings and bans. I am around for decision making. 90% of what I do now is policy making, traffic analysis and planning. My 3 focuses are: 1) Traffic 2) Conversion 3) Retention.

333halfabeast: I know a girl who goes skydiving every weekend (well, maybe not since she had her kid) and she says its better than sex. Maybe you can try that out. She says she goes to NJ for jumping.
