Married five years, and with the same girl for 13 years. We are trained to think that women are this ocean of fertility but in reality there are only a few days per month when she is fertile. As long as you have the ability to control your orgasm pulling out is safe. Hell for the first week after her cycle is over you don't even need to pull out.
